The Senior Special Assistant on Political, to the Governor of Delta State, Mr. Abraham Dike, felicitates with the Governor on the occasion of his birth anniversary today.

In his message of felicitation, he commended the Governor for his years of good work and service to Deltans.

According to him, the Governor has taken Delta State to a higher level and has fulfilled his promises to Deltans.

He extolled His Excellency for his humility, hard work, dedication, and discipline in providing and maintaining exceptional leadership.

He also noted that Delta changed drastically since the leadership of the Governor.

On behalf of my family, the entire PDP family and people of Delta, I celebrate with the number one citizen of the state, His Excellency Dr.Ifeanyi Okowa as he clocks 61.

Your Excellency, "it is my prayer that God continues to prosper you and keep you as you continue to serve the people of Delta State", he added.
