COVID19: ABRAHAM DIKE CALLS ON DELTANS TO UNITE IN PRAYERS
As prayers are being intensified for the quick recovery of the Delta State Governor, His Excellency Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa and everyone tested positive to corona virus in the state.
The Senior Special Assistant on Political matters to the Governor of Delta State, Mr. Abraham Dike, has called on Deltans to unite in the fight against COVID-19 in the state, through fervent prayers to God, and by adhering to all the precautionary measures.
Mr. Dike in a media parley on Saturday also appealed to Deltans, to sustain prayers and supplications for God Almighty to grant the State Governor, the First Lady, their daughter, the SSG, the Information Commissioner and other Deltans by extension, that are currently undergoing treatments, quick recovery.
He said that Deltans need to be more aware of the fact that the virus is real and spreading.
He urged everyone to adhere strictly to the protocols put in place to help combat against the dreaded virus in other to curtail it's further spread in the State.
He assured Deltans that the State Government is doing everything possible to contain and eradicate the virus in the state. "Increased prayers and obedience is important at a critical time like this, so as to ensure a successful handling of the crisis situation", he said.
The SSA to the Governor, prayed God to grant His Excellency, Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa, and every other Deltan divine healing.
