Alphonsus Ojo Hails Gov. Okowa @61
Hon. (Dr) Alphonsus Ojo has felicitated with Delta State Governor, His Excellency Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa as he clocks 61 years today.
Hon. Ojo, a former Delta Lawmaker, in his message of felicitation, noted that the Governor's life has been a life of genuine service to humanity in general and Delta State in particular.
Dr. Ojo hailed Gov. Okowa for his visionary leadership and uncommon commitment to the development of the state.
Ojo noted that Okowa's efforts in building a Stronger Delta where there is prosperity for all is legendary. "Dr. Okowa is a man of infectious humility with service to the people as his driving force", he said.
"His Excellency has also commendably pursued policies and programmes which are of great benefit to the majority of Deltans and has helped uplift the people from the shackles of poverty".
Ojo noted that Governor Okowa had since assuming office transformed Delta through visible and verifiable infrastructure and human capital development.
He prayed to God Almighty to grant the Governor speedy recovery from COVID-19, his family and other Deltans still undergoing treatments. "Excellency sir, on behalf of my family, and the Joy Group Political Family, I felicitate with you. It is my prayer that Almighty God whom you serve keep and prosper you in all your ways, grant you many more years in sound health of body and mind. Happy birthday anniversary, Ekwueme Gburugburu".
