Recently in some areas of Delta State especially the State Capital (Asaba), we are observing unnecessary violent cult clashes between AYE/BAGGARS where too many lives  are lost due to inactions of Governmental bodies especially Executives and docile oversight functions of the Legislative arm as well as controversial judgements from the Judiciary.


Societal values are determined by their abilities to systematically create and review or amend laws governing its people to suite modern lifestyle and see to statutory implementations of such laws in brewing a sane society. Based on this fact, we will say that Delta State Government and Deltans have drastically devalued all existed mechanisms in tackling security issues and human capacity development which ought to pave way for immense developments that guarantees the safety of lives and properties in Delta State.


The supposed offices and APPOINTEES as SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT (SSA) to the GOVERNOR of DELTA STATE ON SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE, SPECIAL ASSISTANT (SA) to the GOVERNOR of DELTA STATE ON SECURITY AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EA) to the GOVERNOR OF DELTA STATE on SECURITY are extremely WASTEFUL and an abuse to SECURITY PROFESSION except for two APPOINTEES like HON. CHUKWUKA IMARHIA aka SOCKET from Ika Nation and HON. DANIEL EZEKIEL of Warri who has been in their little capacity ADVOCATING for PEACE, RESOURCEFUL and SUPPORTIVE to every existing security OUTFITS within thier  JURISDICTION.


AVC recommends a recall of the DIRECTORATE OF PEACE AND SECURITY for the duo of HON. CHUKWUKA and HON. DANIEL to function effectively and who in time past, had judiciously managed security challenges as well deter warring youths through been supportive for a positive lifestyle.


The Delta State Executive, Judiciary and Legislative arms should as a matter of urgency jointly review the "ANTI TERRORISM AND ANTI CULTISM LAW" and inject a defined punishment for anyone found guilty for violent cultism and terrorism activities because this is the major if not the only setback in tackling violent cult related activities in Delta State.


Against all odds, Anticult Volunteer Corp (AVC) and State Anti-Cult Unit (SACU) shall endeavour to curb all violent cult related activities in the manner which they come and its like crimes in our society.
